9:30 a.m. - Meeting with Corinne to work out Modules 2 and 3

Went through the first workout by myself to practice setting up seat and weight settings

12:30 p.m. - Lunch
Called new potential clients that were scheduled in the workout log to confirm their appointment.
Called the potential clients that we met from the Best of the Main Line Party in order to schedule appointments with them.

*Reflection
The meeting that I had with Corinne on Modules 2 & 3 were about the upper body workout and what muscles were the antagonist, synergist, and agonist of each exercise. We also discussed exercise order, substituting exercises, and the lower body workouts of the lower body.
When I worked out Corinne, I felt like I did really well! I believe that I set up the machines in a timely order, I knew what to look for if correction was needed, I was motivating ,and I was confident in what I was doing.
