8:00 a.m. - Arrival


Answered phone calls and wiped down machines


Washed, dried, folded, and stored towels away


9:30 a.m. - Meeting with Dwayne and Dan


11:00 a.m. - Worked with Chris on equipment protocol 


12:00 p.m. - Lunch Break


Studied modules


Shadowed trainers and took notes


2:00 p.m. - Staff Meeting 


Called the potential clients that we met from the Best of the Main Line Party in order to schedule appointments with them.


4:00 p.m. - Departure

In the meeting with Dwayne and Dan, we discussed my future here with Vertex Fitness.  For the next two weeks I would have to instill all the information from the modules and the notes that I have been taking from shadowing, as well as working with Chris with equipment protocol in order to start working out clients and being comfortable and knowledgeable with the workouts as too.
