9:00 a.m. – Arrival
Answered phone calls and wiped down machines
Worked on the equipment protocol by looking up information in the anatomy texts

12:00 p.m. – Worked out Christina
Called potential clients that were scheduled in the workout book to confirm their appointment

2:00 p.m. – Staff Meeting

3:00 p.m. – Worked out Robin

5:00 p.m. – Departure

*Reflection

In the staff meeting, we discussed phone calls that we have with potential clients, networking events that were coming up, and managing the new client spreadsheet.  For the remainder of the meeting, we did some role playing.

The equipment protocol project is very time consuming and requires a lot of information to look up.  I feel as though that I am going to need the entire remainder of this internship to finish it.
The more I workout with the staff, the better and more comfortable I will feel working out with regular clients.  Going through the first workout is second nature to me.
